Tarre jameen per has given a new direction to teachers and parents roles which can help in positive upbringing of any child. Its apparent from the movie that teachers and parents attitude towards the child can do wonders for him. Teachers themselves can take it as a challenge to take out the best from the child.

Its quite peculiar that teachers way of teaching in class can effect the child’s future. If he makes the subject interesting and is able to relate to students then that subject is never a cause of fear to students. Teachers way of handling their job can effect the child’s future regarding to his carrier. Teaching job is not taken seriously in our society. I must say teaching is not an easy job in today’s times. It requires lots of passion, patience, dedication, devotion, and knowledge. Well you can say every job demands that but the way  the teaching job is looked up in our society is not appreciating. People think if you are not able to have any carrier in life then you can do teaching (I will confess same was my thinking few years back and I am sorry about it!). They consider it as a less tedious job and perfect for girls as it can be easily handled with their married life running smoothly.

What matters is the attitude. And why for teaching, it goes with every job. Whether you are in regular job or you are in home making job what matters is your attitude. If you are really passionate about your work then you will go to any extent to carry over your work successfully. Same goes with teaching.If you have the passion for teaching then you will try search numerous ways of taking the best out of every student. Though I agree it won’t be easy to give individual attention to everybody when there are 30 students or may be more than that  in your class. But teachers can work upon their style of teaching which can help all the students understand the subject easily and then they can relate to teacher and can interact with him to get their answers.

Gone are the days when role of teacher was limited to delivery of lectures and giving punishments to those who are not good in studies. Wake up teachers, add zing to your work.Search out for new methods to make your subject interesting. Be a techno teacher. Take help from Internet. Check out your communication level with your students and check do they appreciate your style of teaching. Their is no harm in taking the feedback.

Believe me if you will be open to your students and will give love to them then in return you will receive the love which will be uncountable. That relationship can not be explained with words.Kids don’t want teachers, they want a friend who is having more knowledge than them which he can exchange with them,who can laugh with them, chat with them and help them to grow in life to be a better person. As a student I always looked forward for such teachers and so do my friends and at this stage of life I have good memories of only those teachers who really tried to interact with us and tried to explain life in easier way than the teacherss who always spoke about ABCS of their subject and I really want to meet them again. Search for the CDI attitude to say no to depression!

Two contrasting woman related news published in the paper made me think the extreme sides of femininity. One was reflecting the positive side which was regarding new wave of change in maids working style in Pune and the other was reflecting negative aspect about increase in sale of  medicine for the cure of depression in housewives.

Maids in Pune are getting smarter by using two-wheeler to reduce their travelling time to different houses in order to balance their home and work. Its a wise move as it reflects the visionary power of these women which made them realize to how to give quality time to their family. On the other hand increase in intake of depression curing medicine in housewives is alarming. It gives me a sick feeling that a woman who looks after her family, takes care for all needs of every family member, arranges the house properly for the convenience of every family member, prepares food for the proper nutrition of her family, has to survive herself on the depression curing medicine. Its pathetic but it is happening. World is changing in fast pace in terms of technology, way of life, thinking pattern, and many other things and these changes have effected every individual. In family every family member is enjoying the benefits of these changes for their individual progress then why housewives are being submissive to depression. Example of change in work style of pune maids should be motivating to every female that when in such a meagre income and average standard of living they can strive for getting happy moments in their lives then why not others who are in much better condition and much more  qualified to do so many better things in life can do it.

Its the matter of your attitude my friends.Please wake up and say no to depression. Have the CAN DO IT approach in life and decide the pattern of your life. Where are you and where you want to be after some years. Follow your hobbies, pursue some courses, do anything but something that will help you to progress in life and give motivation to accept everyday as a challenge to perform your best. We have only one life to live so why to waste time in getting depressed. Live your life to fullest  and enjoy each moment. Everybody does not get what she wants. So why not appreciate the things we have and enjoy all moments of this awsome journey called life. Just change your attitude to positive one and then see so many things you will love to do.Then only the real woman in you will get sunshine. Have a happy day!
